Put yourself in the shoes of our generals and high ranking civilian leaders and propose ways to improve the military, our country, civ-mil relationship or other pocketbook issues. This is not a quiet or unwise community so I know there are some great ideas out there.

Stop giving Billions year to Israel and stop giving 553 Million a year to pay for the Afghan Islamic police force salaries and benefits.

Our services need both to step down and let someone neither criminal nor insane take the lead. I know you can't agree with me, Colonel, as a serving member, but...yeah. We need these buffoons to disappear. Both.

Interact with the low-level workers and their supervisors, and listen to what they have to say. They're the ones in the trenches per se and have a pretty good idea of what's going on such that even today's technology cannot replicate. Keep seeking improvement within yourself. Be open-minded; even a buck private can cook up an effective three or even a four-stroke idea. The welfare and well-being of your workers should always be top priority.

Just good merits I've seen in top leadership both in my USMC and civilian jobs.
