I have been able to understand, I am grandfathered in because of the tattoo on my left forearm, that my reenlistment at the end of my reserve contract I will not be able to reenlist. Looking for further information on this, as well as the current CWO program it says i can be waived into being that i was grandfathered in. The policy said tho that it is at the digression of the Company Commander I believe.
