What are you reclassing to? If you have RETURN on your option, then one of two things will happen:

1) Youi are reclassing to an MOS that your current unit has an open slot for
2) You will return upon completion of your AIT and Inter-Post PCS.

So it needs to necessarily say return? I didn’t think that was a possibility with the reclass option…

Unless it has changed, TDY and RETURN, emphasis on return. You must have an open position at your current unit.

CPL (Join to see) it is generally the beginning of a new assignment (3 years). However you should be able to request a new duty station at the one year mark. It has to be enough time for you to have served at the assigned unit. Not so bad about 18 month in total.

Option 3 TDY with return sounds like it could be good news for staying put. In my experience, "TDY and RETURN" usually means they have a spot for me at my current https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/best-discussion-board-post-writing-services-reviews-gloria-kopp-qd0qf unit after I finish reclassifying. Hopefully, that means I won't have to deal with a PCS right after retraining. Of course, it could also depend on the MOS I'm switching to. Here's hoping everything gets finalized soon so I know for sure!
