From personal experience anyone siting in on the courts Martial is not going to care about awards on his/her uniform. In my &quot;OPINION&quot;, based upon what I have seen first hand depending on which Court Martial is being tried, they will be looking at what the charges are and the defense being used to defend the Soldier. Everyone on the Jury and the judge has read the personnel file already and Bling will only count during the sentencing portion if the prosecutors case is weak.
