So... it really boils down to two services. Air Force and Navy. Why? We control the nukes and can go scorched earth if need be. And as much as I hate to say it, I'll have to give the final win to the Navy. Because subs. They'd be last ones standing.

Providing the Navy remain in their ships, they would win hands down. But once either the Army or the Marines break the barrier the ships provide, the Navy is done. With the exception of one very small part of the Navy (we know who they are) we would be cannon fodder outside of our ships.

Looking at the capabilities of each branch, you would have to eliminate the Coast Guard right off the bat for contention, since they have no real combat units to speak of in order to go head to head for prolonged periods of time, nor are their ships built for head to head action against the Navy. CG chances of survival: Nil. The Air Force, if they are able to get their planes off the ground before the Marines or the Army can breach the wire and destroy/take over the fields, then they have a possibility of surviving. AF chances of survival: Fair to Good. The Marines, while a hard charging fighting force, it is still rather small and not a lot of bases for them to hunker down at. And while they are known for breaching and assaulting the targets, they aren't known for holding areas. Their chances of survival: Good. The Navy have much better odds than the previous listed as their ships can run for a good long while on a full tank of gas, and they do have some great long range strike capabilities. Their shortcomings, though, are the logistics of supply. If the Navy loses control of the ports, ships will start to lose fighting capabilities once the food runs out and can't get resupplied. USN chances of survival: Pretty good. As for the Army, speed is the key. Strike hard and strike fast. Shock and Awe on the other branches. Take out the AF before planes can take off. Wait out the Navy, since the Army certainly can't go toe to toe on the waters. Plus the Army would just destroy the ports to keep the Navy from resupply. The Marines are the Army's only real contender to deal with. Army chances of survival: Best.

Seriously, I'm just pulling sh*t out of my ass on that. Since I'm Army and rather Biased.....ARMY WINS.......

It wouldn't be the Air Force because, as we all know, winning a war takes boots on the ground. Planes and missiles are great but you can't hold ground from 20,000 feet.
It wouldn't be the Navy because they're easy enough to stay away from. Just go inland. And again, you can't hold ground if you're in the water. Same applies for the Coast Guard.
So that would leave the Army and Marines duking it out and the Army would prevail if for no other reason, sheer number of troops compared to the Marines.

I didn't include nukes for a reason. That's just like getting mad and flipping the board over. No one would really win.

As much as I would like to say the Army, based off of numbers and capabilities but it would most likely be the Navy for reasons.

Well you'd have to take in to account cross functions as well. For example, would all Navy Corpsmen have to leave the Marines? Would the Marines have to leave the Navy ships? If USS Wasp, a Marine transport, was to be given to the Marines "to use", would they be allowed to keep the sailor crew or have to do it themselves? Likewise, note that the USAF's Special Operations Command ferries Delta Force, SEALs and others. Would SpecOps be able to fly themselves? If so, who's choppers would they use?

And then, would the Navy demand that the Marines belong to them as they are a Department of the Navy? If so, that would give the Navy armor, arty and infantry. Would gas and nukes be allowed? If so, the war would be over very quickly.
