Congress why don't you take a pay cut and keep paying the people that are in the front lines fighting everyday. Also Congress if you want the military medical and other benefits to be cut then you should have to use the same benefits as we do. I love my country and if I could fight again I would volunteer in a heartbeat. It is minor to say the least but it is more of a pay bump than many civilians get in the private sector. Most of them will only get a pay raise once every several years. Mind you that when they get that pay raise it is equal to more that the 1% annually.

My biggest problem is when they give a 1% raise or less and raise taxes by 2%. Like they did a couple years ago. We all took a pay cut that year. Thanks Congress.
