He also mentioned they could not return the anchor once delivered. I assured him that it must have been a mistake and cancel the order. Do you have a picture of it? Are you looking at a list of stock numbers? That is not a NSN. you are missing a two digit sequence. Is it 6545-00-922-1260?<br /><br />6545 means it is some sort of medical item. You&#39;d need a fedlog equivalent from 1974 or earlier if it is indeed a FSN.<br /><br />6545-00-922-1200 is a vanilla vehicle first aid kit.
