Karl interviewed me earlier in the summer, about a resolution I helped create here in Utah to help raise awareness for and hopefully prevent a few Veteran suicides.
I enjoyed the opportunity to talk to a fellow Veteran and would recommend anyone who has something to say about Veterans do it.

Preventing veteran suicide is huge. There is a huge battle among that requires ears to listen and eyes to be alert. Veterans surround us and sometimes remain silent until they find comfort among another. I have found 85 yr old man alone and feeling abandoned. That is until I came along. He happened to be a retired Captain who outlived his wife. The bottom line is you never know.
