The new design Toyota RAV4 (19&20) hybrid version has a gas tank issue (only filling 3/4), does the regular engine model have this issue?

When I've read up on this issue specifically it said the hybrid model has this defect of the gas tank only filling 3/4 but I could not find anything about the straight gas engine. I like the look of the car but the issue in general is putting me off, even if the regular version is ok. Would appreciate some input
