Has anyone heard any news of that guardsmen who was suing the U.S. Army over the new Tattoo rules because he said they ruined his career plans? Since the rules have been somewhat relaxed since they were first put into place I was wondering what his outcome was. In a way the Army was admitting that he was right.

The most recent news story I could find about the story, MAJ (Join to see), is from May 2014. This article states the case, but it doesn't tell the outcome:

I guess if it's going to be tried somewhere, it will take a while for the outcome to be known.
