The stripes of the Female NCO

HA! Bet that topic get a lot of views. This is actually about uniforms. I was thinking that female NCOs that opt to wear the skirt in lieu of pants should have a gold soutache braid an inch above the bottom of the hem of the dress as there already is on the cuffs coat. I never liked how you lost that symbol of office just for wearing the skirt. The big stripes the pants would be a bit ridiculous and probably too stiff. What do yall think?

You know....and I'm not aiming this at any ONE individual - but at any male individual that thinks they are a style maven for women......

Every stinking time men try to develope something for women in the military to be stylish we (men) F#$% it up royally. It's one thing to try to develope something for the field - but for heaven's sake - let's keep our fingers out of the female styling arena shall we.....
