<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>While wait time is always a big one, I'd say the biggest deal to me is having someone that is knowledgeable about this issues or willing to research them and will follow up. I understand uncommon problems may arise, but the extra effort is worth the impression given to the customer. I have noticed that oftentimes if the problem is not in the support personnel's wheel house per se, that they are unwilling to research the issue and follow up with the customer.
