BUT when IT hits the fan it&#39;s important that soldiers and sailors are still able to function when it fails. Seal Team Six is the group of badass mofo&#39;s that they are because Richard Marcinko had them out at the range sending more rounds downrange than the entire Marine Corps. <br /><br />I think back to Desert Storm... we were running short on batteries for NVG&#39;s and started raiding the Game Boys, the &quot;care package supply chain&quot; was working better.<br /><br />My point is that you don&#39;t want the mission to fail because some PFC dropped his gadget and didn&#39;t have the training to adapt and overcome.
