There is a goarmy.com email attached to my high school records on parchment.com. How do I get it removed? Anyone have any ideas?

No matter how many tickets I put in with parchment, they never remove the email. I need it gone time now.

I had to Google parchment. com because I have never heard of it.
Why would they remove the email on your records? It sounds like it's a delivery service for people's records between the academic institution and the person requesting.
I have never used this so I don't know what shows up but just reading their website they seem to be a middle man for requesting records.
Are you talking about a goarmy.com email that was used to sign up for the service? If there's an email associated with your account on that site, then they'd be the only ones to remove it.

Because that is the only thing I need to start classes. Everything else is set and ready to go.

SGT (Join to see) - Why do you need to remove an email from your records? How does that impact you starting classes? I've done traditional college for my bachelor's and did online for both master's - and an email never stopped me from starting class.

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff - Wow it's been a while since I was on here. The issue was that the email that was on the account belonged to my recruiter. Because of that it was preventing me from requesting the information to forward to the school.
