I believe there is a regulation stating that soldiers PCSing or ETSing are not to pull duty during the time they are clearing, within the duty week. If they are scheduled, it has to be on the weekend. I&#39;ve also seen a couple CPLs for different garrisons and posts with similar information. Its been a hot minute and I have not been keeping updated with a lot of the many regulations. My imagination could just be making this up. I&#39;m currently using my resources and searching for such thing if it exits but also using this resource for help and or experiences from soldiers (veterans) that have had similar issues. I&#39;m hoping someone could point me in the right direction. Think anyone can help me with finding advice for ETS issues? 2018-10-12T10:24:23-04:00 SPC(P) Private RallyPoint Member 4039549 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I&#39;m in a bit of a pickle. In any case there is no regulation. Depending on your location, the Garrison or highest level command will have policies. Thank you for your service.
