LCpl Ash Carson My black friday consisted of a delivery service. i wasn't about to go out and risk the fates. Besides, I hate the commercialization of holidays. It takes away tradition and meaning.

That it does. The holidays should be about family and friends not how much money you can save on something. Black Friday brings the worse out of people and it's like a big mosh pit trying to shop. I would rather do cyber Monday than Black Friday but it still isn't right

You both hit it on the head. Christmas is about faith and family and the coming of our Savior. I wont talk religion, but that is what it is all about. I am all for shopping and all that, but why spend hours in line just to buy a TV that is only 50 bucks cheaper than it usually is? Or watching adults fight like children over toys that their kids don't really need? What about the kids who will have nothing this year because their parents refused to work for less than 15 an hour or those who protested everything they could. Oh wait, they will get paid by our government so they don't have to work. Sorry, had to get it out. End of rant.

The wife and I only went out on Black Friday one time. Never again. It was like the time my friend and I came out from an ubon station in Berlin into the middle of an anti American protest.
