Nothing like that but a different variant of the same concept. I'm a Mt Pinatubo Survivor. Volcanic Ash with Rain courtesy of Typhoon Yunya. Warm wet cement raining down from above.

Experience some special sand storm moments there too. It was always an ominous feeling when you could see the wall of sand coming down on the horizon. You knew it was coming but you couldn't do nothing about it except to take cover.

If you were in tents, there really wasn't such a thing as "cover". Had some frame tents turned into art sculptures in Tallil in 2003.
