These complains went above her head and an external investigation launched. The investigation showed she was an ineffective leader and clearly had issues controlling her emotions. Despite this external investigation, which interviewed all levels within her command, and eye-witness accounts of the investigators, she has kept her command. Normally, something like this would have someone removed immediately, but somehow she was able to retain her position. Is it just me or does her behavior not resemble somebody with PTSD?
