I feel like there is a lack of discipline and understanding amoung the younger generation of soldiers. It seems to me that many dont realize that they are soldiers 24/7 and anything they do is a reflection of us all as a whole. I also feel that cell phone usage amounst the troops is out of control. How does everyone feel about this?
