Not sure what year group it began (possibly 2011 or 2010) but I heard that the annual board is only looking at 6months of eligibility so for example:<br /><br />2014 board only looks at first half of 2014, then the 2015 board only looks at second half of 2014, then the 2016 board only looks at first half of 2015 and so on. (aka every year gets 6months further behind in promotions). Are you active duty though? it may be different for you.
