Is that the end of the road or am I suppose to keep appealing? Shoulders and Knees was automatically denied and did not go to any appointments. This left me confused for many reasons.. Additionally there are legal firms reaching out to Soldiers who have served during certain periods due to faulty earplugs. This is against the manufacturer not the government. Google it.
