Tinnitus, Shoulders, knees?

I got my result back from Tinnitus from the va for left ear. I went to the appointment, It was denied for not being service connect? Is that the end of the road or am I suppose to keep appealing? Shoulders and Knees was automatically denied and did not go to any appointments. This left me confused for many reasons.. What else can I do?

You can appeal it, but I would look at using a Veteran Service Organization to help you through the process.

What was the reasoning for the denial? Were you in combat (ie combat action badge, CIB, etc?)?

Contact the DAV and, or the VFW they have people who can help navigate the tape. Additionally there are legal firms reaching out to Soldiers who have served during certain periods due to faulty earplugs. This is against the manufacturer not the government. Google it. Thank you for your service.

I had that plus a bunch of other Agent Orange related issues but they finally approved me @ 100% for "Delayed Onset PTSD". Hey, at least the $$$'s nice ;)

Hello Soldier, Do you have any medical records from active-duty? If you can't get help through the local level, Contact your congressmen. Paper trail is needed.

I got denied 4 times adding up to a total of 5 years. Keep it on Appeal, in the end, I won what a relief never give up

Go to DAV and appeal it with their help.
