To any flight warrant officers, what made your WOCS Packet stand out? DO IT.

I made a post about this earlier as I was recently selected and attending the pipeline, but I can type a quickie about it for you real quick:

-Ensure your do more than minimum required LOR's. 3 Is minimum, I'd say do ATLEAST 5. Don't submit 7....
-Make sure that the LOR's truly describe YOU and YOUR accomplishments. You shouldn't be able to take your LOR's and just apply them to any other person. You will need CO CO, BN CO, CW3+ Active Pilot. If you can get a E7 that knows you and your work ethic, and/or an officer that has seen you throughout your career, you will be golden.
-Warrant Officer resume must be on point. You will be required to convey some things about yourself in the resume, as well as demonstrate you have the ability to write and recount information accurately. Do not just skimp or get lazy on this part. Its actually pretty important. Resume format (for job roles/descriptions).
-Pass Flight Physical (duh)
-Have 110 GT. If you don't, get up BSUP ASAP!
-Pass SIFT with 40 or higher. STUDY mathematics, and basic aviation stuff on google (Bernoulli's Principle, Gyroscopic Procession, Relative Wind) [Look that stuff up and just read about it so you know what it is when you see it on the test]. You can only take it twice ever, so try to score high on it your first time.
-Have good PT scores. Do what you can, obviously ACFT doesn't count right now, but try to get a 260 or higher APFT that any NCO can administer for you.
-If you have ANY college or anything on your JST, include it for your transcripts.
-If you have a god, pray. There is a luck factor involved.

If you have any questions feel free to PM me personally; but remember that the packet is part of the process. Its not supposed to be easy; most people self eliminate before they ever complete the damn thing. Don't be that guy; never quit and see this through if its something you want to do and believe you can do with relative acumen (and for the forseeable future; hello 10 Year ADSO).

Best of luck my dude.
