Recruiters and or readiness non commissioned officers will know this. Have you asked for a status on your request? The Army Reserve has been approving quite a few conditional releases the last few months and that trend will likely continue. From there it can take up to 6 months before the DD form 368 to return. It really depends on your BDE policy on conditional releases. One of the units I support can get a conditional release quite easily. For another the General doesn&#39;t approve them unless they have a really good reason, and &quot;I want to enlist in the Active Duty&quot; isn&#39;t a good enough reason.
