They just have a layer of skin, fat, and water covering them up. It&#39;s not until you get below 12%~ BF% that you can actually see the 6 Pack. The only way to do that is to trim fat. Trim enough fat, and your abs show. <br /><br />That said, you can make your abs bigger, and more defined doing standard core exercises, however they won&#39;t show through until you get your BF% low enough. These are plastic discs that you step on and manipulate with your feet during core work. They force you to use your ab muscles more to maintain balance. I use them for mountain climbers and plank rows, where you hold a plank position and extend your legs on the sliders back and then forward.<br /><br />As others have mentioned, you can have good abs, but if they are buried under flab, you won't know. Like any other exercise, diet is a key component. He also states, during that time, he was segregated from his platoon but claims he doesn't know why. Oh, and that he know has PTSD caused by all the crap he went through.
