Capt Bob Abbott - I'm just wondering within the areas you have seen, why is it "hard" for Veterans to be hired? What are the issues you see? Just curious.

Well the conversation will focus on the very difficult task in translating military experience and bullet points over to the civilian jargon used by most resume screening software.

People seem to be intimidated by them. The real problem is not knowing how or what to put in them that makes you look good and not a blooming idiot!
