One NCO said that all Leadership based their opinion of a Soldier solely on PT scores. My counterargument was that we as Leaders should look at what else they bring to the table before recommending them for boards. Although I do agree somewhat that we make assumptions of Soldiers based off of PT scores, but just because you score 300 does not mean you will be a great Leader. Curious to hear your opinions.
