Tough day for Army Aviation.

First an AH-64D goes down in Korea killing both crewmembers, then an UH-60 crashes at FT Hood killing all 4 on board. A tough day for Army Aviation for sure.

Being a former crewchief, it saddens me to see any helicopter crash, especially any that takes lives.

Then another AH-64 goes down at Campbell. Unfortunately the front seater CW2 Caraballo was my soldier when he was still an enlisted man. I pinned his corporal on him in 2005 in Iraq. Extremely sad time for Army Aviation
