Sometimes that helps. Other times that does adds fuel to the fire or gets you nowhere but pissed off and wondering if that person in also a tool. You can also try to get them put on a list for QMP, etc. if you know the right people..... If this doesn't work, there is always a chain of command. In the case that they are doing something against regs then there is always the IG.
