Sooo,
i have come to a sudden realization that there are some leaders out there with some hidden agendas may it be race, ethnicity, or whatever it may be. I find it kinda difficult, to deal with some leaders and due to being lower in rank i find it safer to just be quiet and let it go. Am i making myself an "easy target" for certain situations. Im just asking coz it seems that lately a lot of stuff has just been being blamed on me for no particular reason

Toxic Leadership! We all know that it exists within our ranks in the military....branch is immaterial.

What do we as Soldiers/Airmen/Sailors/Marines/Guardsmen/Reservists and Leaders do to combat this growing trend (which isn't a good one, BTW)???

How do you define AND identify a toxic leader???

Join nearly 2 million former and current members of the US military, just like you.
