The lean Army is not just coming, even as a relatively young Lieutenant, am aware the lean Army is here - and it's affects are becoming very obvious. The positive side to this, is that it creates opportunities for innovative and ingenious leaders to work with limited resources to continue to meet METL requirements. I would like to pose a few questions, and collectively generate answers/discussion about training - with the focus on the SMALL UNIT LEADER, Platoon size elements and below.<br><br>What are some cost-effective training opportunities you have used in the past and were successful?
