I have top amateur cycling and ultra running friends who live at sea level training with a mask and it never truly prepares them for their races in elevation, the mask only forces the muscles around your lungs to work harderResponse by SPC Jillian O'Malley made Aug 2 at 2016 12:09 AM2016-08-02T00:09:11-04:002016-08-02T00:09:11-04:00SPC Private RallyPoint Member1770297<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I've had my mask since 2012 and use it only when I'm on the bike.
