Tuesday, July 29, Deputy Chief of Staff G-1 Lt. Gen. Howard B. Bromberg joined by Lynn A. Dugle, Raytheon Company Vice President, and Steve Hill, General Motors Vice President, will kick-off the "Shifting Gears" Automotive Technician Training Program during a proclamation signing beginning at 9:30 a.m. in the Pentagon Courtyard.
