A rating is increased when a Veteran moves from one level of disability to the next higher level. Was referred to You-Tube and there is a ton of information but you have to take it with a grain of salt. Most of those folks want you to sign up to get more information or assistance, but its a starting point to talk with you local VSO. That's what I have done, cost me a few hours of time, and gone from 30 to 50% with two more claims pending. Had I known I could have been 50% almost 20 years ago.
