Trying to access the website for Student Loan repayment program?

The link i have for the student loan repayment program doesn't seem to work. https://selfservice.rcms.usar.army.mil/education this is the link here. just says site can't be reached. does anybody have a different link? thanks for any help. Just want to pay of my student loan?

You may have to try accessing that link from a government computer.

RCMS.ARMY.MIL website is only available from AR NET at this time.
Per the website "Soldiers with Loan Repayment should continue to use the Web-Enabled Education Benefits System (WEBS) to manage loan information, upload promissory notes and disbursement statements, and generate DD Form 2475’s to initiate annual payments."
WEBS can be accessed through HRC portal @ https://www.hrc.army.mil/content/Loan%20Repayment%20Program or directly at https://selfservice.rcms.usar.army.mil/Education/Unsecured/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2feducation (but may not be accessible from home).
