Trying to complete ssd ll but it's stuck on module 2 exam. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, what is the solution to fixing this?

This happens often on computers that soldiers try and use that are in our sections you have to use Firefox or google chrome alot of times because Windows doesn't play well with the online courses we do the help desk will even suggest this

This is an example of having a disjointed G6 at the Army level.
They create a system that won't even run on Army computers as they are configured.
It's a mess, and it got worse and worse as the Army went online.

Call ALMS help line that will fix it once your unit inputs you for the course they can't help fix the system that is stuck on a particular module or exam.
