And most recently during the partial government shutdown when, for the first time in history, uniformed service members did not receive their pay. Coast Guard members continue to stand the watch. They are CGMA’s mission: We Help. Every Time.

As an Army veteran, I was surprised to learn of the challenges that our Coast Guard Service Members faced during the recent government shutdown - this shouldn't happen to any Service Member, ever. However, I was glad to learn that CGMA was there for them. I just donated to this valuable cause and if able to do so, I encourage you to do so as well.

I love Coasties! The men and women of the Coast Guard are overlooked by civilians way too often. The Coast Guard does an amazing job keeping our America safe. I love you guys!!
