There is a difference in mentoring, providing guidance, and developing a relationship before someone&amp;nbsp;even listened to you. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I say this out of experience working with joint forces and being stationed abroad.
