I have literally hundreds of pages of research/notes that i have been going through, but I think I am coming to the conclusion that i still do not have a firm grasp of what "time" is or the context it should be presented. Ive asked my professor, but still do not have a firm grasp. Of all the systems, it seems to be the one least explained and most ambiguous. <br /><br />My problem statement relates to the inabilities of the US government and it regional allies ability to deter illicit drug and human trafficking. You may have better luck searching for and messaging a few senior leaders individually.
