He used to go on PT runs with us and teach us mental toughness and loyalty to the unit. I know they are good for PTSD, my Wounded Warrior Brother/Sisters have service dogs and they are so happy. CDR had a cute puppy that went everywhere the unit did. Dog had it made..lol.

As far as dogs/pets to help with PTSD. IMO absolutely!! I've got 2 Boxers(had them since they been pups). They are very intelligent animals and know when I'm having a bad day/not feeling well. They stay by my side. Bad thing is they still think they're lap dogs and need to be in my lazy boy with me..lol. Problem is they are both 60+ lbs each...lol Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Nov 9 at 2015 9:33 PM 2015-11-09T21:33:43-05:00 2015-11-09T21:33:43-05:00 SFC Private RallyPoint Member 1100241

have not seen one in a long time :( Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Nov 10 at 2015 3:54 PM 2015-11-10T15:54:27-05:00 2015-11-10T15:54:27-05:00 2015-11-09T21:22:03-05:00
