Forcing them to take a plan with different coverage, deductibles and copays. I hope this farce of a law goes away quickly.<br />Analogy: Let's solve homelessness by making homelessness illegal. Boom. Now, you'll get a place to live... or you'll get penalized. Problem solved.

If you go to their parent organization's filings on the SEC's EDGAR database (latest 10-Q), their overall net income is up, their earnings per share is up, and their dividends per share is up. Plus, their stock price is up by 17% over the last 12 months. Losing money sure looks profitable to me.
