I contacted HRC and they told me that UPL is no longer authorized points but couldn&#39;t give me a reason. He said that they keep the Yes/No list for courses at the local level and not on the HRC website. Has anyone else recently lost points for their UPL course? Sometimes if a course doesn't meet the minimum requirement of hours, it doesn't come with any promotion points. They had no clue why either, "Cause big Army said so" is what we got. It was definitely 40 hours. 40 long, horrible hours.
