<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>To me it is somewhat amazing that the entire US Public Health Service (PHS) was presented with a Presidential Unit Citation. That seems to be akin to the entire US Coast Guard or one of the Military Services being presented with a Presidential Unit Citation.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Yea- the CAPT got hers. I guess it’s like a unit receiving it. Otherwise they would have to figure out what individuals participated. That is not the norm in DOD. You have to take into account they are built different then DOD.
