I'm new to the reserves as well. I was ARNG prior to becoming AGR, I switched to be able to accept the position. So, my post pertains to, are there any suggestions from seasoned AGRs; promotions, professional development, career moves like MOS Rtng, Recruiting detail, WOCS, Direct Commissions, and so forth.<br /> I'm not even sure if AGR can apply for WOCS, I know that I can't do OCS, but not sure if same applies to Direct Commissions.
