To my knowledge, I do not owe anything. I have also reached out to DFAS to which I got no response. Would anyone happen to know where I can go to see if I do have a balance or if this is normal?<br />Best Since my LES shows a "Debt Payment" amount, how do I determine if I still owe a balance on any debt? 2024-02-03T15:50:44-05:00 SGT Private RallyPoint Member 8650441 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Hello everyone,<br />I have had recurring &quot;Debt Payment&quot; amounts shown on my LES&#39;. Included in this area is what your debt is for and what the remaining balance (if any) of that debt is Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 3 at 2024 4:08 PM 2024-02-03T16:08:43-05:00 2024-02-03T16:08:43-05:00 SSG Private RallyPoint Member 8650476 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Is it roughly $31 or so? If so that is for your SGLV. I had the same issue a while back. If you still owe a balance on any debt look for notes or codes on your LES associated with the debt. If you are still unsure, go to the Finance office on your installation (Army Military Pay Office (AMPO)); they can provide detailed information about the debt, including the remaining balance, interest rates (if applicable), and the timeline for repayment.
