You need to understand that the 1st one will attempt to assign you to wherever your skill level is required based on the manning cycle's requirements for that particular time frame. Therefore your need to check with USASOC G1 (or subordinate unit). On a note, most of the time HRC will win over a by name request, so be advised and prepared. Good luck!
