Does anyone have any experience doing this or know of any pointers? I have my DD 368 form complete, but after looking into MCO 1900.16 3004, I have to submit a written request. I have used the template provided but was hoping to find an example of what people are putting for the transfer. I want to make sure I&#39;m not going overboard on anything. Anything helps, thanks!
