VA To Deny Disability Claims For Troops Not Wearing PT Belt When Injured. Your thoughts?

In a move to fix budget woes and stanch abuse of disability compensation, the Department of Veterans Affairs now requires applicants to disclose whether or not they were wearing their reflective green PT belt during their service-related injury.
Seems reasonable to me. What do you think?

I think the overarching point of many of their articles is to bring light to the ridiculousness of some of the decisions that are made though.
Yes, this didn't happen, but there are VA rulings that make you say "Really?". And I think that is the main point.
