The VA, Army and the VA tried to disprove HBOT back in 2011 and their predetermined outcome for the study backfired, the 2011 study actually showed that HBOT did heal the brain and other organs.

Took a chamber ride with a buddy of mine who got the bends diving. Sure worked well for him. Don't know how or weather it would help PTSD or where the correlation between more oxygen at pressure and PTSD comes from.
I've read a couple articles where they were using this as a treatment for cancer patients also.

Press them up to about 150 feet of seawater on straight air. They will feel good for the time being. Of course that's only good for about 10 to 15 minutes.

While I don't understand the science of this, anything is better than systematically turning Vets into junkies and then killing themselves.
