At the very least it will give vets another online option. Jury still out on savings associated with Exchanges vs big box and online stores IMO. Locally it seems to just be saving on sales tax but I&#39;m sure that varies by location. Still, as others have mentioned, Exchange sales help MWR services so anything that increases sales is good overall.
